13 Weeks to the Peachtree Song - Independence Eve

On the Eve of Independence Day, Molly sings about the journey so far, and says thank you to the Atlanta Track Club Volunteers, especially those who helped out with the In-Training for the Peachtree Program.

Jog along with Molly Read Woo - a not too fit Mom in her fifties who lucks up in the lottery for a spot in the famous Peachtree Road Race, and goes off on a 13-week-long high-intensity self-improvement jag to get ready for it, throwing herself into a training program that's as unrelentingly fierce as it is unpredictable.... Okay ... for those of you who have just joined us - you don't really have to jog. You can just walk along for starters.... We got 13 weeks to get there ... see 13weekstoPeachtree.blogspot.com.
